Effective Date
The start date of your project will be confirmed at the time of your purchase. Typically, this will be within 1-2 weeks of your purchase.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that in some cases you may need to cancel your order due to a change of mind.
If you decide to cancel your order before the start date, we will give you a full refund less a 10% cancellation fee. This fee is non-negotiable and will be deducted from your total refund.
Please note that we are unable to offer any refunds for any reason once work has begun, as our team has already begun investing time and resources in your project.
